Quiet and peaceful in winter, nice garden and pool but not open in winter, a good place to stay near fennels beach

Quiet location within easy walking distance of shops and beach

No sunbeds by pool.

Near the sea and the center. Silent, even if we were the noisiest, they have endured us patiently.

The location was excellent. Ten minute walk to the bus station and pub/clubs in one direction, five minutes to the beach in the other direction. The apartments had a private pool which was lovely (albeit a bit cold) & the building was very secure. The rate we paid was amazing, I would stay here again if I was on a budget.

Upon arriving at the reception/office we had to wait for an hour until it opened, despite an e-mail telling us otherwise! Got very very hot & we ended up sleeping with the doors open just to let some air in- could do with air conditioning!

Good position for Fenals and Lloret. Pool and gardens were immaculate.

Apartments overall looked lovely but our apartment was the basic room (in past experience no problem) and the cleaners had cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, but not the lounge as it was covered in a thick layer of dust (from over winter I presume). The bunk beds were dangerous and held together by a couple of screws and the top bunk couldn't be reached! Ended up making a bed out of the sofa, after dusting it. Wouldn't have sat on settee or chair as too dirty. Shame, but didn't ruin holiday. In hindsight should have booked a more expensive room as the rooms in the shop window over the road looked good.

It would have been nice, if the staff have told us - when we booked the apartment - that the building were being renovated during ouy stay. There were a lot of dust and some noise from early in the morning.

Very helpful personel. Good localization near coast, pubs. Transfer from airport to hotel if you need.

they gave us rong key for the door so we had to sleep on the street because we could not get in touch with the appartment owner

Yes I didn't like the fact that you have to pay the accomodation in cash. We are in 2010 and everywhere people pay with creditcard. The second thing is that for the whole week the aircondition didnt work.

Rooms very cramped - Showers Cold - Oven did not work - Staff unhelpful to put things right

I liked the location of the apartment , and enjoyed nice and friendly stuff. There was also a very good restourant Autentic on the ground floor of the building.. There is wifi in the room, but it is quite slow, and we managed to use our computers only really early in the morning, when probably others were sleeping.

I expected a block of aparments located int he same building, as a fact there is a number of apartment , that are offered for rent, and they are in different places. Most quite close to the beach, as far as i understand. First we got a room, that was all smoked through, and we asked to change it, as it was impossible to sleep there. We got another one next door next day. It had no smell, but looked identical. There is no cleaning service included, and towels are not changed , as well as beds. There is no problem to wash towels, as there is a washing mashine, but it is hard to get them dry, as humidity is pretty high, and the sun on balcony was only in the morning. We had some problem with electricity. We could either have and airconditioner working, or water heater .. As the weather was very hot during our stay we preffered being chilled. It started not the first day, but some days before we left. To inform the stuff about any problem you have to either walk to the office, which is opened in certain hours, or use your cell phone for international calls.

Air con wAs great. Also it's located pretty good too.

Advertised as great for families. This is not the case, we took a 4 year old who was not allowed arm bands or a rubber ring in the pool. Also you are only allowed to lie on a towel on the grass near the pool, no sun loungers, chairs or inflatables are allowed. This effectively ruined our holiday as the guy who runs the place was out shouting at you the second you mentioned the word arm band. The wifi isn't real, the shower on the room is rubbish, the tv channels are 100 percent spanish. The fridge didn't get cold and they they do a room inspection when you leave to try ad keep your 120euro deposit. Which they will keep if the room tea towel isn't clean. Overpriced rubbish.

Lo que más me ha gustado es que la zona es tranquila, la piscina es enorme, la ubicación es suficientemente buena para llegar andando a los lugares de ocio.

Las dos piscinas y zona ajardinada, muy amplias. El estudio/apartamento pequeño pero confortable.

Un poco justo de menaje para cocinar. Vecinos bastante ruidosos.

El apartamento fantàstico, el personal muy atento y el sitio genial, lejos del jaleo del centro.
